Amarillo pajizo con reflejos verdosos y dorados, limpio y brillante.

Nose

Único y singular. El Albillo Real de Gredos ofrece aromas de fruta blanca, hierbas silvestres y flores de manzano sobre una mineralidad granítica intensa. Fresco y de gran personalidad.

Palate

Fresco y tenso, con acidez viva y un carácter mineral muy definido. Elegante y gastronómico, con un final largo y salino que refleja la altitud y el granito de sus viñas en Cenicientos.
