It shows a bright violet color, with a high layer.
It exhibits intense aromas of cherries, raspberries, blueberries and elderberries with a discreet sensation of sweetness, the result of the good ripening of the grapes. Its brief aging in oak gives it hints of vanilla, chocolate and caramel.
It highlights its youth with juicy acidity, fine tannins and medium body. The red fruits and creamy notes of oak are intensely appreciated, but memories of scrubland and licorice also appear, providing excellent complexity to the whole. The palate is fresh and smooth, showing good persistence on the palate.
12ºC and 14ºC.
Its name comes in memory of the Emperor Tiberius, nicknamed by his troops as “Biberius” due to the passion he felt for the wines of these lands.
