Description
A traditional process made by hand in our land of Sorrento.
We peel the lemons with the utmost care to obtain only their precious strips of zest. We leave these strips in a cold alcohol maceration to transfer the essential oil from the peel to the alcohol. We filter several times and mix the lemon zest infusion with a filtered sugar syrup.
