Description
PSI 2024 is born from a very clear vision: to preserve the true identity of Ribera del Duero from a time before the trend of high volume and new oak became widespread. The project works with old Tinto Fino vines and small historic plots scattered across different villages and soils. The winemaking is deliberately restrained and low-intervention so as not to mask the fruit.
PSI 2024 is the ideal entry point into the Sisseck universe: a serious wine that is enjoyed with immediate pleasure, conveys a sense of place, and whose main goal is for Ribera del Duero to taste like Ribera del Duero.
