It was the year 1885 when in Manzanares, a wonderful town in the mountains of Colombia, the formula for Aguardiente Amarillo was born, based on the use of the best gorobeta cane, anise planted on Guadalupe hill and pure water from the source of the Santodomingo river, its color is vibrant like the sun and its flavor fresh and aromatic.
