Jack Daniel's Old No. 7 Tennessee is a whiskey filtered drop by drop through three meters of sugar maple charcoal and matured in house-made barrels. This Tennessee Whiskey doesn't follow a schedule. It's ready when the master distillers indicate it's ready based on its appearance, its aroma, and, of course, its flavor.
That's how Jack Daniel himself did it over a century ago. And that's how we still do it today.
