Nose
Intense and concentrated bouquet of yellow fruits (white peach and mirabelle plum) associated with a delicious reduction aroma in the form of hazelnuts and toasted almonds.
Palate
Concentrated and at the same time energetic and vibrant on the palate. It enters the mouth like a silky, almost unctuous caress, with soft flavors of candied citrus and iodized spices. Then, the velvety texture becomes taut, the freshness increases in crescendo, pure, precise and defined. The finish makes you salivate, supported by slightly woody, intense and saline notes that provide a sensation of delicacy and at the same time of concentration.

2015 fully embodies the decade's continental trend: a mild, wet winter and a hot, dry summer! The sunny, hot summer was marked by record temperatures and drought… and by that fortunate end to summer when the welcome rains of the second half of August brought relief to the vines. Thanks to this cooler final stage, the ripening yielded juicy, ripe, and concentrated grapes! The vintage's ambition? To capture the essence of a truly spectacular vintage!
