The Cardenal Mendoza Brandy, matured in Sherry Wine casks, has an average age of 15 years, much more than the minimum required. All our brandies are Solera Gran Reserva, the highest category within the Brandy de Jerez regulatory council. It is brandie royalty in the Marco de Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.
Aged an average of 15 years in Oloroso and PX boots.
