Appearance

Ripe cherry with maroon edge.

Nose

Intense nose with a predominance of ripe fruits (raspberry, currant), and an overall background with mineral and spicy aromas.

Palate

A fruity wine, very fresh and easy to drink, tasty, which gives rise to an exotic spicy finish reminiscent of white pepper.

Description

The grapes come from Garnacha vineyards, located on hills at 700 - 1,000 meters of altitude. Planted mainly in soils of metamorphic rocks and clay gravels.

Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature. Gentle pumping over is carried out to fully respect the aromas of the Garnacha grape variety. After malolactic fermentation, it is stored in a stainless steel tank until bottling.
