Nose
Aroma of medium-high intensity and complex. White fruits, pear and apple, tropical fruits, pineapple, and citrus fruits stand out. All on a herbaceous background, of boxwood and fennel typical of the variety.
Palate
Dry, with a moderate and balanced natural acidity that gives it freshness and joy in the mouth. Aging on fine lees provides roundness, body and good structure in the mouth. Slightly bitter finish in the mouth, characteristic of the Verdejo variety and with a long persistence.
