Description

This wine comes from the historic Casa La Borracha estate, planted with Bobal vines over 80 years old in the Utiel-Requena area.

The grapes are harvested manually and selected with the utmost care to preserve their old vine character.

In the winery, careful vinification is applied with light maceration and aging in new French oak barrels for at least ten months, with the aim of respecting the fruit and giving the wine complexity without losing freshness.
